Christmas is a favorite time of year for children and for the child in each of us. We all have memories and mementos of Christmases past. Have you ever thought about making a Nativity scene that could become a family heirloom? Would you if you just knew how to make one?

If I were doing this project in a classroom, I think I would find Nativity clip art and have the kids lay the ornament insert over the clip art and, using a black Sharpie, trace over the image. This would give the kids a huge variety of unique ornaments.
